Where does the event take place?
In your organisation’s premises or in a meeting space arranged by your organisation.

How long does the event last?
The Speaker will talk for a maximum of 2 hours. We strongly suggest to provide for a coffee break. At the end of the event the Speaker will be available 2 hours at the organisation’s convenience for a Question&Answer session.

Can I interrupt the Speaker for a specific question?
Yes, interaction with the Speaker is welcomed.

Can I talk personally with the Speaker?
Yes, during the coffee break or during the Question&Answer time.

I’m in charge of organizing the event in my company. Can you help me?
Yes, DMA Communication is fully available. We will start an e-mail thread with you or simply talk with you over the phone to give you all the necessary information to organize the event.

Can I get in contact with the Speaker to discuss any detail of the event?
Yes, once you have booked the event, we will share the Speaker’s e-mail and phone number. You can discuss directly with the Speaker any relevant aspect of the event.

Do I need to prepare the audience for the event?
No, once you booked the event we will send you a PDF document introducing the event which, if you want, you cam share with all the participants. Otherwise a surprise participation to the event is often most welcomed by the audience.

Can everybody in my organization participate to this event?
Yes, the event is intended for everybody and is equally appreciated by managers and employees. There are no entry requirements.

What background knowledge is necessary?
No background knowledge is required.

Will the event be fun?
Yes, it will be fun! The overwhelming feedback is that this event is not only fun – but also instantly actionable.

How much does the event cost?
The event costs € 3,750 + Vat if the event takes place in any European country. For any other country please expect an additional travel and stay fee that will be agreed case by case.

Is there a discount for companies wanting to buy multiple events for different locations?
Of course. We’d be delighted to discuss a discount for your company. Get in touch with us and we will discuss this aspect.

Can I add any product for the audience?
Yes, You can buy along with the event any of the Speaker’s novels or our Leadership manual at a discounted price. The copies will be shipped in advance. Please write to us about this and we will communicate you all the best options.

How does the booking process work?
Please get in touch with us and submit your event’s favorite date and location. We answer within one working day, adding all the relevant information regarding the Speaker and the Main topics of the event.
Once the date is confirmed we will send you our banking or Paypal details. The event is registered once we receive the payment. we’ll send an invoice within 7–10 days of your registration.
From that moment we will put you in contact with the Speaker and give you support for any questions regarding the event. If you have ordered extra products (books) along with your booking, these will be sent 15 days before the event.

How do I pay for the event?
Bank transfer or Paypal.

How soon before the event starts can I register?
You can register whenever you want up until 10 days before the event. We strongly recommend advance reservations to ensure availability of the Speaker.

Are there any additional costs?
No. The only additional cost is up to your choice if you want to provide the members of your audience with one of the Speaker’s novels or our Leadership manual. In this case contact us for further information.

How will I know when my registration is confirmed? 
You will receive a confirmation sheet at the end of the registration process. You will also receive an electronic confirmation and invoice via email. 

What if I register for the event, but then we cannot make it due to force majeure?
All events are changeable but they cannot be cancelled. You can change the date up to one week before the event. However, please take into consideration we need to organize the Speaker’s travel and stay, so we ask you to inform us of any change as soon as possible. We appreciate that this is an important investment for you and your company and would like to accommodate your needs the best we can.

Registration fee
The full fee is due at the time of registration. If payment is not issued at that time, you will be sent an invoice that is immediately payable upon receipt, unless other arrangements are made with us. The fee includes all costs of the event. Remember, the fee is tax-deductible.
